Our anniversary was 2 days ago and i would have posted something about it then. But we ended up getting a little busy. The Taliban said they were going to launch a major offensive and even though it didn't happen here and it was quiet we were set and waiting for it. I personally would rather be prepared for the worst then be caught with my pants down. but we were ready and they didn't come.
But i want to say it has been a wonderful year and even though we didn't get to spend enough time together. We made the most of what we did have. I have really had a wonderful year married to the best woman ever. She keeps me grounded so i am not off doing all kinds of crazy things. She has kept me sane and happy beyond my belief. I am so lucky to have her.
